Dance Strong is a weekly strength, flexibility and technique programme designed to support dancers of all levels. Each session focuses on safe conditioning, alignment, core strength, mobility and control, helping dancers improve performance, prevent injury and build long-lasting confidence in their dancing. Suitable from age 8–18.

Move Strong is a strength, mobility and movement programme for ages 8–18, supporting young people across all sports. Sessions build strong, balanced bodies through safe strength training, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Move Strong improves posture, stability, power and confidence while helping reduce injury risk for dancers, athletes, swimmers, tennis players, basketball players, GAA and football players, gymnasts and more.

Adult Barre class is a welcoming, low-pressure online space designed for adults wanting to move, strengthen and feel good, no dance experience required
Barre blends elements of ballet and strength training to improve posture, flexibility, balance and core strength. Classes are carefully structured, uplifting and suitable for all fitness levels, with options always offered.🩰1 live Adult Barre class per week • Replay available plus a private, supportive members-only community

Beginner Tap is a fun, welcoming way to work on your Tap dancing in a flexible way, perfect for those new to tap or returning after a break. This class focuses on basic tap steps, rhythm, coordination and musicality in a relaxed and supportive environment. Dancers will learn correct technique, simple combinations and how to build confidence step by step, all while enjoying upbeat music and having fun. No previous tap experience is needed — just enthusiasm and tap shoes!
